چکیده

شیخ انصاری یکی از بزرگترین فقیهان اصولی و محقق إمامیه در قرون متأخر به شمار مى‏آید. در این میان تحقیقات وی پیرامون انجبار ضعف سند حدیث در جاى‏‏‏جای میراث علمی وی از ابعاد گوناگونی چون علم ‏‏‏‏‏رجال، اصول ‏‏فقه، نقد سند و تاریخ حدیث قابل بررسی است. این نوشتار با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و رویکرد شیوه مواجهه شیخ انصاری با ضعف سند به دنبال تبیین و بررسی انجبار ضعف سند و گونه‏ها‏ی آن از منظر شیخ انصاری مى‏باشد.

بررسی‏ها‏‏ نشان ‏مى‏دهد که انجبار با شهرت عملی، انجبار با شهرت فتوایی، انجبار به اجماع ‏‏‏‏منقول و محصّل، انجبار با قواعد فقهی، انجبار ضعف راوی به روایت‏ اصحاب ‏‏اجماع از وی مهمترین گونه‏ها‏ی انجبار ضعف ‏‏‏‏سند در آثار اوست. نقل روایت با سندی صحیح و صحت ‏‏‏روایت از منظر علماء امامیه به عنوان دو شیوه دیگر در دفاع از اعتبار حدیث و نیز واکاوی پیشینه انجبار و جایگاه آن در مکتب ‏‏اصولیان از دیگر مباحث این نوشتار به شمار مى‏رود

چکیده [English]

Shaykh Murteḍa Anṣārī is one of the great Twelver jurists and scholars in the recent centuries. He has done valuable researches in compensating the weak isnad which is detectable in his scholarly heritage from different aspects: science of narrators, the principle of jurisprudence, isnad criticism and hadith history.

Employing a descriptive – analytical method, this article has studied Shayh Anṣārī’s approach to the weakness of isnad, elaborating his view on the methods of compensating it by classifying them.

Shaykh Anṣārī’s reveals that according to him the following matters can be considered as the most important compensations to the weakness of the isnad: its acceptance by jurists due to their injunctions based on it (injunction fame), narrated and genius consensus, jurisprudential rules, and compensating the weakness of narrator by been narrated on the authority of one of the ” Aṣḥāb Ijmāʽ”.

Narrating hadith with a sound isnad and its geniusness have been two other ways of defending the authority of hadith for the Imami scholars, an issue which has been discussed in this article along with studying the background of the compensation issue and its status in the Usūlī school of thought.
